Welcome to the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Festival. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Festival mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.
The Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Festival is set to enrapture festival lovers once again. Our venue will leave you fascinated, captivated and enthralled. With performances ranging from classic to contemporary, traditional to avant-garde, each act will inspire you to greater heights.
Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Festival Attracting 80,000 fans each year, Sioux Falls' JazzFest at Yankton Trail Park is the region's largest free music festival, featuring jazz and blues bands on two stages.
The festival has presented a broad range of sounds in the past from acts including Medeski, Martin and Wood, Mavis Staples, Shemekia Copeland and Buckwheat Zydeco.
A beer garden, arts & crafts booths, a children's activity area and a fireworks display all add to the entertainment. Visitors are invited to bring their own small lawn chairs and blankets to set out on the lush green grass of the venue.
